Profhilo® containing low & high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, is a Class III Medical Device for the treatment of the face and body for contours redefinition and laxity remodelling where skin laxity is a problem. Profhilo® has risks and benefits. Do not use with treatments such as laser resurfacing or medium deep skin-peeling. Do not inject into inflamed areas or intravenously or intramuscularly. Sculptra®, Class III medical device, is a 150 mg poly-L-lactic acid injectable implant that is reconstituted from dry powder with sterile water for injection, and optionally supplemented with lidocaine. Sculptra® is used to improve the volume of depressed areas, such as in skin creases, wrinkles and folds and for skin aging. Sculptra® may also be used for large volume correction of the signs of facial fat loss (lipoatrophy). Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any components in Sculptra®, hypersensitivity to amide-type anaesthetics (if supplementing Sculptra® treatment with lidocaine), patients with a history of anaphylaxis/severe multiple allergies, use in areas of acute or chronic skin disease (infection or inflammation). Warnings: For subcutaneous, deep dermal or supraperiosteal administration only. Do not inject intramuscularly or intravascularly. Avoidsuperficial injections to reduce the risk of early papules or nodules. Massage the treated area to minimise papules and nodules. Do not over-correct as the depression should improve within weeks. Do not inject into the red area of the lip. Precautions: Patients on anti-coagulants or immunosuppressive therapy, patients with bleeding disorders or susceptibility to keloid formation and hypertrophic scarring. Caution when injecting into thin skin. Avoid excessive sun, UV lamp exposure and extreme temperatures until any initial swelling and redness has resolved. Avoid other cosmetic procedures in the treated area until the skin has healed completely. Sculptra® has not been tested in pregnant or breastfeeding women or those aged under 18 years. Adverse effects: Injection-related: transient bleeding, pain, redness, bruising, haematoma, swelling. Other: papules/nodules, induration, granuloma, eye disorders including visual impairment, infection, hypersensitivity/angioedema, skin reactions, neurological symptoms, and ischaemia/necrosis including vascular occlusion. Relfydess prescription medicine contains 150 units of relabotulinumtoxinA for the treatment of frown lines and crow’s feet around the eyes. Relfydess has risks and benefits. Radiesse® injectable implant is intended for plastic and reconstructive surgery, including deep dermal and sub-dermal soft tissue augmentation of the facial area and dorsum of the hands. Radiesse® injectable implant is indicated for: the treatment of nasolabial folds, marionette lines or jawline; the augmentation of cheeks; the hand augmentation to correct volume loss in the dorsum of the hands; and the restoration and/or correction of the signs of facial fat loss (lipoatrophy) in people with human immunodeficiency virus. Radiesse® (+) Lidocaine injectable implant is intended for plastic and reconstructive surgery, including deep dermal and sub-dermal soft tissue augmentation of the facial area and dorsum of the hands in adults. Radiesse® (+) Lidocaine injectable implant is indicated for: the treatment of nasolabial folds, marionette lines and jawline; the augmentation of cheeks; hand augmentation to correct volume loss in the dorsum of the hands; the restoration and/or correction of the signs of fat or volume loss (lipoatrophy) in the facial area and for rejuvenation of the hands fat loss (lipoatrophy) in people with human immunodeficiency virus. Free off-street parking outside the Skin Sala signage at 68 Alpha Street Cambridge (Sotherby's parking lot).
For all other visitors there is also free on-street parking on Alpha Street and outside the Cambridge town square.
